丁贺,男,华北电力大学经济与管理学院副教授,中国人民大学管理学博士,爱尔兰利莫瑞克大学凯米商学院访问学者。曾就职于中央某军工单位,在北京市某区组织部挂职,主持国家自然科学基金、中央高校基本业务经费项目等。在国内外核心期刊《南开管理评论》、《管理科学》、Personnel Review和The Journal of Psychology等发表论文30余篇,出版专著《优势型领导:领导力开发新路径》,教材《优势管理》、《绩效管理》。研究专长为优势管理理论、绩效管理、领导力开发与人力资源管理。曾为中广核、中兴物业、华能集团、山西电力党校、北方联合电力公司、国家能源集团授课或项目咨询。
